Day 02 : Delhi – Sikandra – Agra : Morning drive to Agra enroute visit Sikandra. Sikandra Just 10 kilometers from Agra is the city of Sikandra. Named after the Afghan ruler Sikandar Lodhi, the city is visited by many tourists, not for its aesthetic value but for the tomb of Akbar, which it houses. The construction of the mausoleum was started by Akbar himself during his lifetime but he could not complete it. After his death, Jehangir took the task of completing the project that was left incomplete by great Emperor. However, Jehangir made many modifications in the original plan of the building. Later continue drive to Agra. On arrival Agra Check-in to Hotel.

Agra The city of Taj was established in 1475 by Badal Singh. Today whatever remains, has become a major tourist attraction which has taken Agra again to the heights of glory but this time as a major tourist destination of India.

PM visit the highlight of the day - Taj Mahal - Even as the world is caught in the skirmishes of War & peace, Nuclear and Non-Nuclear; Taj has stood as the epitome of love. This extravagant monument of love is one of the most visited and most photographed places in the world. Taj Mahal was built by Shah Jahan in the memory of his beautiful wife Mumtaz Mahal. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 03 : Agra - Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur : After breakfast, city tour of Agra. Visit Agra Red Fort - Built principally as a military establishment by Akbar in 1565, the red sandstone Agra fort was partially converted into a palace during Shah Jahan's time. Though the principle structure was built by Akbar many more additions were made by his grandsons.

Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb - This tomb belongs to the father of Nur Jahan, Ghias-ud-Din Beg. He was the Wajir or the Chief Minister of Emperor Jehangir. This white marble tomb was built by Nur Jahan between 1622 and 1628. The tomb may not be as mammoth as the Taj but the inlay designs and carvings are no less than Taj if not more. The delicate marble latticework in the passages allows the light to enter the interiors. A similar tomb was built by Nur Jahan for Jehangir in Lahore. This tomb was the first complete marble Moghul structure.

Afternoon leave for Jaipur enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri (Old Deserted town of Mughal Dynasty) 37 kms from Agra is built a city predominantly in Red Sandstone called Fatehpur Sikri. This town was built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar. He had planned this city as his capital but shortage of water compelled him to abandon the city and within 20 years the capital of Mughals was shifted to Lahore. Fatehpur Sikri was built during 1571 and 1585. Jama Masjid- Built by Shah Jahan in 1648, the main gate of this mosque has inscription written on it that it was built by Jahanara Begum. She was the favorite daughter of Shah Jahan and was imprisoned with him. The absence of minarets and the shape of the dome give sit a distinguished character. The Buland Darwaza / Palace of Jodha Bai/Birbal Bhawan & Panch Mahal. On arrival at Jaipur, check into the hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04 : Jaipur : Jaipur The Rose Pink city founded by Maharaja Jai Singh II (1693-1743), is the capital of Rajasthan. It is a major attraction for the first-time visitor. Jaipur, is surrounded on all sides by rugged hills, crowned with forts & enclosed by embattled walls. Houses with latticed windows line the streets with their rose pink colour lending enchantment to the scene which is all most magical at sunset.

The Old City (Known as the Pink City) is a great place to wander around. The whole city was painted in Pink colour by Maharaja Man Singh II when Prince of Wales, later Edward VII, visited Jaipur in 1876. Today, every home with in the city is obliged by law to maintain his facade. The City is laid out in a grid pattern. It is a very well planned city and was designed by a Young Bengali, an engineer and scholar by the name "Vidyadhar Bhattacharya".

Morning excursion to Amer Palace - At a distance of 11 kms from Jaipur, Amber was the ancient capital of Jaipur state. Construction of the fort began in 1592 by Raja Man Singh, the Rajput commander of Akbar's army and is a superb example of Rajput architecture. Elephant ride from the foothills of the Aravallis to the fort entrance.
